My name is Sara Hodge and I am founder of Strong and Worthy. I am a digital media entrepreneur and have been building connected communities of women in the digital space for over 9 years.

My mission for Strong and Worthy is actually two-fold:

On the personal side…

I am, and have always been, a firm believer and passionate supporter of all things self-care, and hope to continue my work in extending that message to my fellow entrepreneurial women.

I don’t believe there can be true success in work without first achieving healthy personal growth, and one of my goals for Strong and Worthy is to inspire and motivate working women to fortify confidence and resilience from the inside, in order to let it shine even brighter on the outside.

Natually, being what they call “multipassionate”, I can’t just leave it at that. And so my second mission is to coach other entrepreneurial women on the ever-evolving and unavoidable world of social media marketing and networking.

Building engaged and lucrative online communities including websites, Facebook networking groups and influential Twitter accounts (including hosting trending Twitter chats and parties) are my specialties, but I also do coaching and speaking engagements on social media in general for small business owners.

In my Connect! for Entrepreneurial Women Facebook Group, I offer daily tips and inspiration as well as online trainings for women around the world.

In addition to strongandworthy.com I also founded my original site, www.MumsnChums.com in 2009. Mums ‘n Chums is a Canadian parenting community which has, in many ways, been the catalyst for the majority of the projects I have worked on over the past 8 years.

Those projects have included large scale events, social media consulting and management for brands, Twitter party hosting, networking group leadership (in addition to my global group I also run 2 large local groups), various small and large charity events, speaking engagements, and of course, writing.
