Thank you for visiting Strong and Worthy! My name is Sara Hodge and I am founder of the site. I am, and have always been, a firm believer and passionate supporter of all things self care, and hope to continue my work in extending that message to my fellow career women. I don't believe there can be true success in work without first achieving healthy personal growth, and my mission with Strong and Worthy is to inspire and motivate working women to fortify their confidence and resilience from the inside, in order to let it shine even brighter on the outside. In addition to strongandworthy.com I also founded my original site, www.Mumsnchums.com in 2009. Mums 'n Chums is a parenting community that serves the Greater Toronto Area and has, in many ways, been the catalyst for the majority of the projects I have worked on over the past 7 years. Those projects have included large scale events, social media consulting and management for brands, Twitter party hosting, networking group leadership (I currently run 3 large groups), charity events, speaking engagements, and of course writing. I'm so glad you're here and would love to know your thoughts on this site as I continue to grow it into what I have envisioned it to be.
